All bookings must be guaranteed with a prepayment withing 7 working days from the day the preliminary reservation was made, otherwise StayInRiga has the right to cancel the reservation.
Price
Prices for short-term rent include:
- Taxes
- Bed linen and towels
- Cleaning before and after your arrival
- Cable TV with international channels
- Electricity, water, heating and gas.
All given prices are per apartment not per person.
Seasons
Low Season: Jan 7- Mar 31, Oct 1- Dec 22.
High Season: Easter, Apr 1-Sept 30, Dec 23-Jan 6, special activieties held in Riga.
Pre-payment & Final statements
Pre-payment of 100, Euro is needed for the reservation. Most easily it can
be paid with credit cards. We accept VISA, Master Card and Amex. If you do
not have an internationally valid credit card or you do not wish to use your
card, reservations can only be hold by pre-payment: wire transfer to our
bank account. The rest amount is due upon arrival.
Cancellation regulation
Reservations may be cancelled 14 nights before arrival and the deposit will
be returned to the account. Afterwards the following rule applies: less than
14 nights before arrival a cancellation fee of 100 Euro will be charged.
Special Rates and cancellation conditions
These apply to special holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter to
special occasion such as conventions etc. These conditions will be
separately announced with your reservation confirmation or will be offered
on request.
During peak season and high demand periods we reserve the right not to take
one-two night bookings. Furthermore, weekend bookings and bookings made in high demand periods for 3 nights which are then cancelled to a one-two night
reservations will be charged for all three nights.
Check in
Check in starting from 2pm (possible earlier depending on the departure time
of the previous client);
Check out is till 12am (possible later depending on the arrival time of the
next client).
One of our assistants whose details can be received 3-4 days before the
arrival assists during check in. The assistants meets the client near the
apartment or any other agreed place and show the apartment, giving all
necessary instructions and answering all the questions. The assistant should
receive departure time on the check in.
Late check in
Please note that we have a late check in fee of 20 Euro for those clients
who arrive at the apartment later than 20.00, 30 Euro after 24.00.
Check out
One of our assistants will check the apartment on the departure date, pick
up the key and give the caution deposit back (if there is one).
The assistant will provide you with all necessary instructions if his coming
is not possible.
Caution deposit
Caution deposit of 1 night cost is needed for those clients who do not have
a credit card. The caution deposit is paid upon arrival and returned (if
the apartment is in order) at the check out.
Important information
Late check in fee, extra cleanings and transfer services are not included in
the price of the apartment.
During the stay
The rented out apartments along with all its all of the equipment should be
treated with care and kept in order.
If there is any damage done in the apartment, it has to be communicated
immediately to the contact person.
Damages
The tenant is financially responsible for any damage in the apartment losses
caused by his/her or third party's negligent behavior. If damages appear in
the apartments, which do not develop in the context of the normal use, the
client agrees to be responsible even if the damage is determined after
departure. The damage act will be send and amount to cover the damage will
be charged from the credit card.
Complaints
In the event of any dispute or if we receive serious complaints we reserve
the right to terminate your stay.
Transfer service
Transfer should be ordered in advance letting us know the exact number of
passengers and confirmed by BestRentInRiga staff via e-mail or by phone. One way transfer (1-4 persons) costs 20, Euro, return 35, Euro.
Our driver meets clients at the airport with plate BestRentInRiga and brings the
clients at the address where the assistant expects him.
Cleaning
Cleaning is done before and after your arrival and is included in price. If
you need an additional cleaning service, we can provide it. It costs 20
EURO; the cleaning is done within 2-3 hours.
